Session 9 –Add more love
You can pick up that baton of love and pass it on to everything in your life; tangible or not, visible or not, animal, vegetable or mineral or not. If the thought enters your being you can and must fill it with love. Do not hold back. Forgive and love every thought that has ever offended you. Have you not read verse Matthew 6:15 where we are told “But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses? Trespasses are sins. Sins keep us from Heaven. Many times objects, sounds, and smells are linked to those that we experienced them with and are linked to situational emotions. Have you ever heard a song that reminded you of a time and place where something happened? If that memory triggers negative emotions then it needs to be followed to the root, be filled with love and forgive those involved. All thoughts have the same purpose and that purpose is for you to extend love (1 Corinthians 13:1-7). Exercise 9 – Repeat lesson 8 now with your eyes closed offer love to the thoughts that fill your life and then as often as you think about it to strengthen this new ability, but this time go for at least 5 minutes, or longer if you want. Why? Because all thoughts are to be held captive (2 Corinthians 10:5)… in love (1 Corinthians 16:14)… by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2)… as you become a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). As you perfect this exercise you will be able to relate to everything just as the Holy Spirit relates to everything. You will be able to use this in every experience; all thoughts, emotions, physical relationships with others, as a way of being… with all of creation. Invite everything into your awareness; be challenged to love everything in a new way… as you become more Christ-like with love. Open your heart to new situations and obstacles that were once challenging. Overcome the Id. Be an overcomer in ways you never ‘thought’ possible (2 Corinthians 5:17, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Revelation 2:7, Revelation 2:7, Ephesians 1:13.)
